Participants of LIVE 2019 Symposium may apply for accommodation reservations according to the following details.
Availability for Booking: March 10th, 2019
Conferre S.A. will not be able to guarantee rooms after the above date
Minimum stay of nights: two (2), for the dates:
Check in: 09/05/2019 – Check out: 12/05/2019
Requests will be served on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis.
We strongly advise all participants to request for accommodation as soon as possible to ensure availability should they wish to stay in the Congress Venue.

Companies or individual participants, who wish to invite participants to the congress, should apply directly to the Official Travel Agency and Housing Bureau and send their requests at (info@conferre.gr).
Please make sure you read carefully all the necessary information mentioned below step by step before.
1. Submit your request by e-mail at info@conferre.gr.
2. DEPOSIT (cost of minimum two (2) nights): After receiving confirmation for your request, you should proceed with a DEPOSIT of minimum two (2) nights of the booking within 5 days.
Your accommodation booking will not be confirmed and processed unless accompanied by the deposit. In case of no receipt of the deposit within 5 days the booking will
be considered invalid (it will be automatically cancelled and another written request should be completed). Please note that this step (deposit) is necessary for continuing the procedure BUT it may be skipped and you may
proceed directly with full payment.
3. Upon receipt of the deposit (and within 5 days), you will receive a confirmation of your booking, indicating your reservation details and the corresponding balance of payment. (The booking will only be final upon receipt of the corresponding balance, in case of existing).
4. FULL PAYMENT: All accommodation bookings require full pre-payment no later than March 10th, 2019. If the corresponding balance is not paid until this date, your booking will be cancelled.
5. Upon receipt of the full payment and within five (5) days, you will receive the hotel voucher by email or fax. (Should you not receive either the confirmation or the hotel voucher, please contact Conferre S.A.).
Accommodation booking has both payment options:
1. Deposit Payment (necessary and default)
2. Full Payment
and should be completed only once (for every individual booking) and not repeated when paying the corresponding balance.
-in case of payment by bank transfer proof of corresponding balance payment should be sent to the Conferre S.A.

Important Notes:
1. Minimum stay of nights two (2). Requests only for fewer nights cannot be accepted. In order to consider a special request please contact us at info@conferre.gr.
2. In case of special needs (extras, day use, earlier/later check in/out, different room type, non-smoking, bed type etc) it must be stated clearly in your request for checking availability and (extra) costs.
Before & on 31/01/2019: there will be full refund
From 01/02/2019 until 28/02/2019: one night cancellation fee
From 01/03/2019 & onwards: there will be no refund
For any written cancellations of rooms sent to Conferre S.A:
All changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to Conferre S.A.
Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly.
Refunds will be settled within 30 days from the end date of the Congress.
• In case of non-show, the hotel will automatically release the room and the total amount paid will be non-refundable.
• If you arrive later or leave earlier than the dates indicated on your Accommodation Form, the total amount paid will be non-refundable.
UNEXPECTED CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT OR IMPOSSIBILITY TO HOLD IT
In the unlikely case that LIVE 2019 Symposium cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of any government, etc. the Official Travel Agency and Housing Bureau cannot be held liable for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect losses or consequential damages.
Note: Your accommodation booking will not be confirmed unless accompanied by proof of full payment the latest by March 10th, 2019.
