Lina Siamopoulou studied French Language and Literature, at the School of Philosophy of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has also attended the E- Learning Educational Programme “Public Relations and Administration” run by the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
During her studies she worked as a volunteer in the Athens Medical Society and then for a 2-year period at a Professional Congress Organizing Bureau in Athens.
She returned to Ioannina in 2001 and established the company Conferre SA, specializing in the organization of meetings, scientific events and congresses.
She has been active in the congress management industry for 25 years.

Arieta Maidatsi studied History at the Ionian University of Corfu and continued her studies at the Pedagogic Department of Nursery School of Ioannina University. At the same time she attended history courses through e-learning from Harvard and Wellesley College. She has worked at the Management Agency of the National Park of Tzoumerka, Peristeri & Arachthos Gorge as a Historian. She did her internship at Arsakeio Kindergarten of Ioannina and also was a volunteer at the Zosimaia Central Public Library.
Arieta is very important for Conferre Team and when she is in charge of a project, she knows how to inspire and communicate with her colleagues and partners!
Korina Chatzigianni studied French Language and Literature, at the School of Philosophy of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Upon completion of her studies, she worked as a French and English teacher in public and private, primary and secondary schools.
Then, she attended a Master’s Degree in Comperative and Intercultural Education at the University of Ioannina.
She gained experience at the education sector of England and since 2014 until 2018 at the city of Ioannina.
She speaks English and French fluently, she is a beginner in Spanish and she likes travelling.
She is part of Conferre Team for the last 5 years with an important number of events under her responsibility.
Peggy Kloga studied Business Studies at an Institute of Vocational Training. Since then, she has worked as an Executive Coordinator and Personal Assistant to Directors in different companies of various business sectors such as consultancy, publishing, advertising, and legal services in Athens, before she moved and settled at Ioannina, where she tested herself for 3 years in the tourism sector. During that period, she attended a specialization offered by ESSEC Business School on Hotel Management.
Peggy is responsible for many projects in Conferre SA.
Marina Stefanou holds a Master in Health Management.
Proficient in program administration, including budget, management, strategic planning, and clinical trial coordination.
Although she has a great experience in health data management, she can also manage the entire duration of events taking also the responsibility and tasks of the on site event administration.
She speaks English fluently and she is very communicative.
Maria started her career at Conferre S.A. at 2007. She was involved with different tasks regarding the organization of scientific events.
In her role as a Reservation Agent she brings more than 10 years of experience and expertise.
She is responsible to assist participants with planning and booking reservations during their participation in a scientific event.
Maria holds a degree in tourist and hospitality management.
Konstantinos Bletsos studied Accounting at the Accounting and Finance Department of the University of Western Macedonia (1998-2002).
Konstantinos brings over 12 years in accounting with much experience from small to medium sized companies. Moreover, he has much inside in financial reporting, tax policies and warehouse logistics. Now, he is focusing more on accounting control and audit of conferences. He acknowledges the great importance of continuing learning and having a self improvement mindset has participated in a lot of accounting seminars and projects like: “Adaptability of small-medium sized Enterprises in Tourism and local products in the province of Epirus”.
He speaks English and he is interested in sports, travelling and new technology.
He studied at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens - Department of Informatics.
He works with Conferre SA for the last 10 years supervising and managing the Audio Visual support of Events and exhibitions and specializing on the System Analysis and design, Application design, Database Design, Graphic and multimedia applications.
Christer Vaitsis studied Computer and Systems Sciences at the Department of Computer and Systems Sciences, DSV of Stockholm University, Sweden (1998-2003) and received his Master of Science (MS) in 2003.
Christer brings over 14 years of software and web development experience. Prior to joining Conferre SA, he worked on development of software for banking systems and solutions.
He works with Conferre SA since 2008 responsible for the development and support of all web development projects (e.g. conference and events websites, online applications and services).
